Well it seems Wes has been doing a good job of keeping this place updated as I've been busy running my and my wife's store... but just so you guys don't think I've gone off Puffy completely, here's a 100% non-set up still life from the top of my store CD player the other day:
Yes, sometimes their CD's are on top. We do play them quite often. Not only because I like them, but they suit the store's theme too.
And oddly enough, occasionally I catch one of our customers singing along. (Seriously!)
Very cool!
ReplyDeleteAlso thanks for letting me sublet Amiyumidas, I look forward to the next year!
Nice to hear from you again, Jeff! Hope things are going well for you.
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks to Wes for keeping this place up and running, even though there hasn't been a bunch of Puffy news lately.
Speaking of which...
A limited-time fan club has been announced, due to run from May 131, 2010 to December 31, 2011:

Also, it looks like Yumi got married again!

Hah, that date in my previous comment should read "May 13, 2010," not "May 131, 2010." Whoops. That'll teach me to proofread...
ReplyDeleteWell hopefully for Yumi this marriage will go better. I will see if I can find more info.
ReplyDeleteHere is a link for Yumi getting married, I will see about a second source...

ReplyDeleteBut the bit about Yumi was right... right?
There hasn't been much Puffy news lately, and then pow! I'm heartbroken, of course, in my totally unrealistic and selfish way, but I'm very happy for Yumi and wish her a long and loving marriage.
Guess there's nothing left now but to join that new fan club.
Puffy news has not been much... But I guess we can't go back to 1998-1999 when it may have been too much Puffy stuff. :/
ReplyDeleteI probably shouldn't have complained about a lack of recent news. 2009 was actually a pretty busy year in terms of releases. And now there's a calendar available...
ReplyDeleteIt would still be nice if something exciting happened every day. I said I was unrealistic!
Every day might be too much. :) A couple times a month would be nice. It was a good year for releases... I can gin up my own content, but other writing gigs have been holding me up from doing more than rough outlines.
ReplyDeleteAlso nice that the last bit of news from 2009 was Yumi getting married. A good way to close out the year.
